Normal rate: 20%
Reduced rate: 10%
Super reduced rate: 5,5%
Minimum purchase amount: 100,01€ VAT included

Stamp

You have a period of 6 months to validate the Tax Free form at the PABLO kiosks before leaving the European Union. Please, get your form stamped before doing the check-in of your luggage.

Get your Refund

Get your refund in cash at our refund points or by credit card. You can get your refund within six months after the purchase.

Digital Stamping System

If you have forms issued in France and you’re leaving European Union from France, you must go to the PABLO machines to get the digital validation. Once digitally validated, you don’t need to send us the form.

If you’re leaving from a different European country, you must go to the Customs office and get a manual stamp. Once stamped, you must send us the form.

The countries of the European Union are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the Netherlands.
Exception: Residents of Andorra, Busingen, Campione d’Italia, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Helgoland, Aland Islands, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Lake Lugano, Livigno, Martinique, Melilla, Mount Athos, Reunion, Saint-Martin (French Part) are entitled to Tax Free service.
